A site looks broken

Tap the shield in the address bar and turn off blocking for that site. To undo it later, go to Settings → Sites with blocking off. Please email us the site's address so we can fix it.

A video won't save

Start playing the video first, then tap Save video.
Protected (DRM) videos and live streams can't be saved.
If a download stops with an expired link, reopen the page and save it again.
Check Settings → Download on Wi-Fi only if downloads wait while you're on mobile data.

Daily download limit

Free users get 5 successful downloads a day. Failed downloads don't count, and the limit resets at midnight. You can watch a short ad to unlock more, or get Pro for unlimited downloads.

Restore or cancel Pro

To restore Pro on a new device, open Settings → Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.
To cancel a subscription, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Forgot how to open the private folder

The private folder and app lock use your iPhone's Face ID, Touch ID or passcode. If Face ID fails, use your device passcode.
