License

Kipzy is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add a few points specific to Kipzy.

Kipzy Pro

• Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Use Restore purchases in Settings to get Pro back on a new device with the same Apple ID.

Saving videos

Kipzy can save videos that a web page plays as regular files or streams. You are responsible for what you save. Only save videos you own or have permission to keep, and follow each website's terms. Kipzy doesn't bypass DRM or other copy protection, and saving is turned off on major video and social platforms whose terms don't allow it.

Copyright

If you believe Kipzy is being used to infringe your copyright, email support@kipzy.app with the work, the site where it appears and your contact details. We review every report and can stop saving from sites that are used for infringement.

Ad blocking

Blocking uses lists derived from EasyList and EasyPrivacy, licensed under GPLv3 and CC BY-SA 3.0. Some sites may not work correctly with blocking on; you can turn it off for any site.

No warranty

Kipzy is provided as is. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we can't promise that every site, video or download will work.
